OTTAWA - 20 January 2010 - The Ottawa Chapter of CAPP is organizing a rally on Parliament Hill to
protest the prorogation of Parliament.

facebook to protest this abuse of the Prime Minister's discretionary powers.
CAPP is calling for Members of Parliament to return to the House of Commons on 25 January 2010, when
parliament was originally scheduled to resume.
